Al-Aadiyaat
سُورَةُ العَادِيَاتِ - The Chargers
وَٱلْعَٰدِيَٰتِ ضَبْحًۭا
Interpretation:
By the racers, panting,
فَٱلْمُورِيَٰتِ قَدْحًۭا
Interpretation:
And the producers of sparks [when] striking
فَٱلْمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبْحًۭا
Interpretation:
And the chargers at dawn,
فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًۭا
Interpretation:
Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust,
فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِۦ جَمْعًا
Interpretation:
Arriving thereby in the center collectively,
إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌۭ
Interpretation:
Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful.
وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌۭ
Interpretation:
And indeed, he is to that a witness.
وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
Interpretation:
And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense.
۞ أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ
Interpretation:
But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered
وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ
Interpretation:
And that within the breasts is obtained,
إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ
Interpretation:
Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted.
وَٱلْعَٰدِيَٰتِ ضَبْحًۭا 1 فَٱلْمُورِيَٰتِ قَدْحًۭا 2 فَٱلْمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبْحًۭا 3 فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِۦ نَقْعًۭا 4 فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِۦ جَمْعًا 5 إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٌۭ 6 وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌۭ 7 وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ 8 ۞ أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِى ٱلْقُبُورِ 9 وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِى ٱلصُّدُورِ 10 إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّخَبِيرٌۢ 11
